Blog: Minority Voices Day 1

After a short introduction of the organisers, this beautiful and sunny first day in Budapest continued with a couple of ‘getting-to-know-each-other’ games and exercises. Our team-dynamic facilitator Solange and Ruxandra from the European Youth Centre in Budapest introduced the participants to the classical “Web Game”, some speed dating and “All Those Two”. After a much needed coffee break it was time to deal with fears and expectations and a run through of the programme, lead by Kate.

wordpress1 Fears and expectations – a nice way to learn what the participants are expecting and how we can meet those expectations.

Just before lunch we kicked off the media workshops with editorial meetings to discuss what topics to cover, what media to use and how to approach the given tasks.

wordpress2 Rope Game: Agree or disagree. Discussing our opinions with other might lead to us having a change of heart.
